Calibrate

Clinical support and individual coaching

Calibrate describes a program combining clinical support, individual video coaching, an educational curriculum and help navigating medication coverage. The current advertised individual program is $199 per month with a three-month commitment: $597 in total, paid through monthly installments.

Keep excluded costs visible

Laboratory work and prescription medication are not included in that membership fee. Calibrate's insurance-related examples are not a personal pharmacy quote. Ask what charges remain if a benefit request is delayed or denied, and distinguish employer-specific arrangements from the public individual offer.

After the initial commitment, the pricing page describes monthly renewal. Review the actual cancellation terms and the next charge date before enrollment. The monthly installment amount does not turn the initial period into three unrelated one-month purchases.

Clarify coaching and medical responsibilities

The program advertises coaching and a curriculum alongside medical support. Ask how a nutrition or habit question moves between those roles and how a concern requiring clinical assessment is handled. An educational session does not replace individualized prescribing advice.

Use our nutrition discussion guide to prepare questions about the format of support. Our desk has not attended Calibrate sessions or measured their usefulness for different patients.

Read outcome language cautiously

The company markets results and a conditional money-back offer. We do not treat that language as a guaranteed outcome or an unconditional refund. Request the applicable terms and the evidence behind any claim that influences your decision. The care model may be worth investigating, but published advertising cannot establish what will happen for you.
